All pieces are created by Lesley Aine Mckeown, an american studio art jeweler with over 29 years in the jewelry business. Each piece is one of a kind and no items are duplicted exactly. While every effort is made to create a perfect piece of jewelry, imperfections may occur. If damage is a result of manufacturing repairs will be made at no cost. Any damage doen after sale by purchaser will be assessed and a reasonable repair estimate will be provided. Shipping and repair costs must be paid in advance. No items will be repaired without repair authorization. Any items shipped will be returned with authorization. Returns maybe made within 10 days of sale minus all shipping fees and tax. No returns on sale items. If items are damaged in shipping purchaser must contact us within 2 days to arrange claim and refund or replacement. All items are shipped insured for full value via USPS or FedEx.
