Shipping fees will not be refunded and returns must be shipped in original box and packing material and arrive in the condition it was received to obtain a refund.

Returns must be confirmed by email or email before shipping items back.
Approved returns must be shipped in box and packing received and insured for full value of the item.
If approved refund will be processed minus the shipping costs.
