Pin burnisher. Hand made from recycled fondue fork: teak and Japanese stainless steel.
This design is taken from the pin burnisher my father used for decades and was gifted to me in 1989.
 
Can re re polished with 400 grit sand paper and Zam on a buffing machine. Note: these tools work better if not highly polished. A little bit of tooth helps the tool not slip.
